Ms. Valence Mmuka is an Advocate of the High Courts of Kenya with over 8 years of experience. She is a member of the Law Society of Kenya (LSK), Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), Institute of Certified Secretaries of Kenya ( ICSK), and Young International Arbitration Group - UK.

She is a solution-oriented individual who believes in applying the law to drive and protect systemic transformation. She possesses excellent negotiation skills, organization and time management skills, attention to details and relationship building skills.

Serving as Head of Legal and Company Secretary to a Commercial Bank, among other roles, she has been successfully convening Board and Board Committee Meetings; Coordinate the Board/Board Committee Meetings and record minutes; Organize the Bank's Annual General Meetings (AGM) in line with regulatory requirements and Filling of Statutory Returns. She volunteers with KERA as Director and Secretary to the Board of Directors.
